"eTbJ" - electronic Trial-by-Jury
In order to meet the unique requirements of travel, money, distance, etc., the Peoples Article III Court of Record at Law is taking advantage of available electronic meeting solutions which include the highest security standards.

Requirments for all eTbJ participants (parties to the cause of action, prospective jurors, coordinators, etc.):
- A Computer, iPad, iPhone or Android with internet access, preferably high speed.
- Video and microphone. (Video is only necessary for those presenting.)
- A current version of Teamviewer downloaded and installed. (See below.)
Additional questions, other than those answered below, regarding set-up, access, etc. for eTbJ can be sent to eTbJ-coordinator@thefirstestate.org.

Procedure for an electronic Trial-by-Jury:
Participants (parties to the cause of action) who have notified the coordinator of their email address will be sent an access invitation regarding an initial "test" session. Example:
Hello,
Regarding the upcoming "test" session on January 1, 2011 @ 3pm (Central Time):

If access to the "test" session is successful, an additional invitation to the "live" eTbJ session will be forwarded.
Prospective Jurors will be contacted by their Jury Commissioner with access information.
